It will be an awful choice if we parents decide to hand our little one to these low quality management . Our son recently had fever at 101 and the sub teacher ,Ms . Rach** didn’t report right away and front desk Ms.Be**decided Not to call parents after reported . He Was not The Only One that Was Not Reported to Parents .She said since we are one the way to pick him up and it was happened 10 mins ago which was a lie . I guess her hands are way too heavy to reach the phone to dial our number with way too heavy mouth to talk . I called the next day (Thursday )and had to pull my son out from this horrible management on Friday . The other lady in charge Ms. Shee**called and asked me What did they do for us to leave . Isn’t it awful to have such employees ? And they called themselves high quality educators so they can ask for more money from parents . How ironic !!! The other lady was in charge said she is going to dig out . Well, I called her on following Tuesday bc I didn’t hear anything from her so she called back and told me the fact . I wondered how people feel peacefully enough to go to sleep whenever they think about it . Don’t risk it parents . Our dear children are Not laboratory mice .
Collierville Christian Academy has been an amazing first school experience for my son. From the very first day I came in for a tour, the staff made me feel completely welcome and confident that my child would be in great hands.
His teacher, the has been an absolute blessing as his first teacher. She is patient, caring, and truly wonderful with the kids. The director is also very involved and does a great job making parents feel comfortable leaving their children in the school’s care.
I also love that they use an app that keeps parents updated throughout the day with pictures and updates about meals, naps, and activities. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing how well my son is being cared for.
I’m so grateful that Collierville Christian Academy is the first school my child has attended. I couldn’t have chosen a better place

We had a nanny for our 3 children for 5 years and were nervous about sending them to daycare. The staff made the transition amazing and all three kids are excited to attend everyday. It is clean, staff is friendly, communicative and the children are learning more than a hands-on nanny. In addition their social skills have increased significantly. Huge shoutout to Sheena for always working with us, Ms. Deja for helping our oldest through the transition to daycare, Ms. Dominique for being so good to our middle, and Ms. Paige for always having that smile and treating the kids like they are the only ones in the room! Highly recommend this place!
In my opinion, this is the best daycare I have taken any of my children to. Everyone one is so nice and the teachers are very attentive to my to the kids. Great place!

My 3 yr old started here a few months ago. The entire staff has been so wonderful to work with . We have loved it. The director is so nice and you can tell she really cares. All the teachers are so kind and attentive.
I absolutely LOVE CCA. The staff is amazing and so professional. Anyone looking for a daycare, THIS IS THE ONE!! I want to shout out to Sheena, Dominque, Rachel, Lauryn, and Deja for always going above and beyond. My babies have learned so much because of their teachers having so much knowledge and experience in this field. SHEENA COX- you are amazing! I love that you plan family engagement activities because it means so much to be able to meet my babies class friends and their parents. Hands down CCA is the number 1 place for your littles to learn, grow, and engage! I love you all at CCA!
Great place for my babies! Absolutely sweet and caring caregivers! And they always go the extra mile doing parties for not only the kids but us parents as well, totally will recommend! 10 out of 10!
We have been really happy with CCA! I was really nervous about sending my baby to daycare, but after touring with Jametris, I felt much more at ease. I was still pregnant when we toured and they made sure to check on us and invite us to events even before our baby had arrived! Baby girl started at 12 weeks old and even though I hate having to leave her, getting updates all day makes me feel like I'm still a part of her day. Everyone there is so kind and seems like they genuinely care about each child that walks in the door. I'm so happy to have somewhere I can drop my baby off feeling confident she is going to be well taken care of.
Ms. Sheena did a wonderful enrollment tour. I enrolled my daughter and she loves it. I love how the staff provides a nurturing environment.
Listen! My family and I have lived in several different states and I can say hands down this establishment has been one of my favorites. I toured a year ago when it was under different management and I didn’t feel welcomed and the conversation was rushed. I was led to give them another try and to my surprised they were under new management. I could tell from the moment I walked in that something was different. The director Sheena is such a beautiful soul. I can tell she has passion in what she does. She cares about not only the babies but her staff. I have two children here, ages 1 & 4. I can say both of them are excited each day to walk through the door! Momma Dell and Ms. De’Ja have been a joy. My children adores them. All of the staff are friendly and welcome you with a smile. Their communication is A1 & the kids are actually learning! I tell people about my experience all the time! You won’t be disappointed and you will feel content knowing your children are in willing and capable hands.
This summer, my daughter Aazeen had the most amazing experience at Collierville Christian Academy’s summer camp! From the very first day, she was excited to go, and every afternoon she came home full of stories, smiles, and joy. The camp was incredibly well-organized, safe, and full of creative, engaging activities that kept the kids active and learning all summer long.
The staff was warm, welcoming, and truly dedicated to the children. Special shoutout to Mrs. Jay (Demetrius), who went above and beyond to make every camper feel seen and valued. Each week brought new themes and fun-filled adventures — from crafts and games to outdoor play and learning experiences. It was a perfect balance of fun and structure, and it gave Aazeen the opportunity to grow socially, emotionally, and creatively in a supportive environment.

As a parent, it’s always a little nerve-wracking to find the right environment for your child to grow, learn, and enjoy their break — but CCA exceeded all our expectations. I’m beyond thrilled to share how wonderful this experience was for our family, especially for my daughter, Aroush.

Aroush absolutely loved her time at camp. Every day she came home bubbling with stories, laughter, and excitement about what she had done or learned. Whether it was crafting, exploring science experiments, or participating in water days and team games, she was fully immersed in the experience. Most importantly, I could see her confidence growing. She made new friends, tried new activities, and truly thrived in the encouraging environment provided by the staff.

The staff is always very nice and helpful with anything needed! Both of my children's teachers are absolutely amazing! They do teach curriculum and make it fun when teaching. My girls teacher does their hair from time to time with bubble braids, pretty color hair bands, and sometimes glitter.. they LOVE getting their hair done at school! We have had a great experience!

CCA has been great so far!! I have a 6 month old daughter, and I just started her in daycare last week. I was really nervous, as I am a first time mom. However, after the first two days of being a little fussy afterwards from the nap adjustments, she seems to be doing really well! Her teacher Yolanda is great about sending me pictures and updated throughout the day. They have an app where you can see the feedings, diaper changes, naps, and photos. The director Jametris is great was well and was very informative during the enrollment process. I hate leaving my baby but I know she is in great hands! Everyone comments when I pick her up on how smiley she is!
We love CCA! We have been going for about 5ish years now and I have 2 of my 3 kids there and they are thriving and I can honestly say it is because of the teachers that love on them and the curriculum they have! They recently painted and the rooms look awesome. I have seen it transform over the years and I am very happy with where it is today!
Absolutely LOVE CCA!! My girl is absolutely thriving and is learning so much! All of the staff is incredibly kind and goes above and beyond for the children. The staff communicates consistently with parents throughout the day with food updates, potty recordings, nap details, and even pictures of your child!
I toured this school today. Everyone is so friendly and the kids are super cute. Can’t wait to start working here.
I was terrified putting my baby in daycare for the first time. I met with a different daycare and cried the days leading up to his first day. It happened to fall through and I received a call from Collierville Christian Academy that they had an opening. I truly think this was God stepping in and watching over my baby. Jametris, the director, met with me the very next day and I immediately knew this was the place for my baby. He is so loved here and the whole staff knows him. I am so thankful for everyone who works here and loves on my baby.
CCA is such a great daycare!!! I love the location and charming facility inside and out. I love the kiddie library and small classrooms.But, more importantly, I know I’m leaving my precious daughter in great hands. If you’re seeking a professional and inviting staff and atmosphere, choose CCA!

We love CCA! I’m blown away by my children’s knowledge level and social skills at their ages! I couldn’t be more proud to call this school our home five days a week 🙂 The teachers and curriculum are a level above anything we’ve seen. The staff and teachers at the daycare are so friendly and genuinely care for my child! She is so happy every day while dropping off and picking up! I know that she is in a safe and in a loving environment and is cared for all throughout the day.
My children have absolutely enjoyed going to CCA every day. The teachers make it a point to know what they enjoy and offer that when they are having a tough morning or throughout the day. I rarely hear a child crying which has not been our experience at other places. The facility is well staffed and the small teacher to student ratio makes a big difference for my children. Everyone, kids and teachers, are happy to be there.
The new management is doing great things! The new management has taken an uncertified center and certified it with the state of Tennessee with a 100 DOH rating! With that change new rules are required to maintain the certification. For this reason there has been turn over. The management is working to hire more talented people rather than babysitter. They are pushing for education to be a priority in the classrooms. We love it because classes are smaller 9:1 ratio compared to the 18:2 ratio at other centers in the area. We are thankful and appreciative for the new managements efforts to get this school moving forward in the right direction!
Used to be an amazing place, new management is a joke. Love the teachers but since they are all leaving or already left just stay away.
Love them and my daughter loves them they are so great and my daughter comes home with something new all the time!!
I'm unable to fit the whole story in this small box. Our son was in their care for three days and was the only baby in the infant room at the time. He was fed incorrectly; he has a breathing condition, and is now on a daily nebulizer as a result of their neglect. The teacher admitted to me that she fed our son wrong. When my husband and I met with the director, owner and two teachers they said I misunderstood what the teacher said and spoke for the teacher when I tried to ask her why she lied to me. They also went 5 hours without feeding our son on one of the three days he was in their care and they let us know they did nothing wrong despite him only being 3.5 months old. They said he was napping and that is why he was not fed. I have filed complaints against CCA and the TN State Licensing contact asked that I post a review to let parents know what happened to our son since their records are not always available to the public. The center director said she would call DHS to let them know what happened to our son but after waiting a week and calling they had no record of any complaints being filed. CCA did refund our money but I have had to quit my job to stay at home with our son.
We are fairly new to CCA and so far the teacher is doing well and we've had no issues with the curriculum. The reason I am giving CCA only 3 stars is for the appearance and cleanliness of the facility. The classrooms need dusting and wiping down, and the floors especially need a good cleaning, as well as waxing/buffing. It appears maybe the employees are cleaning the facility instead of a professional cleaning service. I would definitely recommend a professional service since you get what you pay for. If you want to attract new clients, you need to keep the facility clean and shiny.
